Kevin is available for Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, reflexology, sports and seated massage, as well as all eastern modalities and craniosacral therapy.

"I love seeing positive changes that result from massage therapy, such as helping an elderly client get relief from sciatic nerve pain after three years in order to live pain-free. Or seeing how happy a teacher is when relief from headaches allows her to get back to work. By combining Western and Eastern massage philosophies, I believe it is best to treat the body, mind, and spirit of each person and address all areas in which stress affect us."

Phil is available for Swedish, deep tissue massage and reflexology, as well as eastern modalities and craniosacral therapy.

"I became interested in bodywork and healing through 25 years of involvement in Asian martial arts. I specialize in Chinese tui na, with cupping and gua sha, Japanese shiatsu, kiatsu, and Thai massage. I am also an instructor for the COD Massage Therapy program and teach tai chi and baguazhang here at COD."

Alice is available for Swedish, deep tissue massage and reflexology, as well as eastern modalities, prenatal, craniosacral therapy and energy work.

"I especially enjoy working with expectant mothers as well as using massage to help manage chronic pain conditions such as fibromyalgia, MS, migraines and whiplash.  I've been an avid student and teacher of yoga for more than a decade."

Kim is a successful graduate of COD's Massage Therapy program and a licensed massage therapist. She is available for Swedish, deep tissue, sports and seated massage.

"I have always been fascinated by the healing power of touch. Chronic stress takes a huge toll on the body, both emotionally and physically, and I love being able to help people relax and find a place of ease. I am also a certified yoga instructor and would be happy to incorporate breath work into your massage."

Rachel has been a licensed massage therapist since 2011. She specializes in Swedish massage for deep relaxation, as well as myofascial-release-based deep tissue work for chronic pain relief. A student of the body-mind connection, Rachel believes that stress and pain are both eased when the body's tension is released and muscle tone is balanced. She is also an instructor in the College's massage therapy program.

Mesha is available for Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, sports and seated massage treatments.

"I have a passion for therapeutic bodywork. I graduated from SpaVargas and hold licenses in both massage therapy and esthetics. Having worked in corporate America in the financial services industry, I can really relate to the ongoing pressures of deadlines, client relations and managing life-work balance. If you would like a mini escape from your everyday demands, see me for a massage!"
