Business analysis skills are critical in today's workplace and are the top in demand skills from employers. In an era where business processes are being outsourced and organizations experience rapid change, these skills continue to be key assets across all industry categories. In this workshop you will explore defining and understanding business needs, obtaining and processing information, developing clear and concise documentation, planning, organizing and prioritization techniques as well as decision making and problem solving skills. Advanced Business Analysis
Business analysts must have the ability to analyze the structures, policies and operations of an organization and then provide solutions to help the organization achieve its objectives. To do this, they need to understand the various methods and techniques to implement business change and deliver technology solutions. Business Analysis Certification Prep Course
Take the next step in your career and work toward certification as a Business Analysis Professional. Understand the role, purpose and structure of BABOK® v3 as well as underlying competencies necessary to be effective. This one-day course helps you review principles of business analysis in the context of the BABOK® v3 to prepare for the exam.
