Gertrude Marshall Scholarship
The American Culinary Federation offers this scholarship to its junior members by Feb. 15, June 15 and Oct. 15 of each year.

Hospitality Administration Department Scholarships
The department has many scholarships that are offered throughout the year.

The James Kohler Memorial Scholarship
Two at $1,000 per year, awarded in the Fall quarter.
