Illinois Freedom of Information Act
The Illinois Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) provides that all persons are entitled to full and complete information regarding the affairs of government and the official acts and policies of those who represent it. Any individual, corporation, partnership, firm or organization, acting individually or as a group, has the right to inspect certain public records.
All requests for information must be made in written form. Download the FOIA Request Form or visit the Marketing and Communications Office, BIC 1641 at College of DuPage, 425 Fawell Blvd. Glen Ellyn, IL 60137 to obtain the form.
