Service Learning

Service learning combines volunteer service with academic instruction. In service learning courses, students address the needs of community organizations in a way that allows them to better understand course concepts. This 'win-win' method of instruction develops students' academic skills in the classroom, as well as a sense of civic responsibility and commitment to their community.
The Service Learning program at College of DuPage provides tools, resources and information
for students, faculty members and community organizations.
