At the McAninch Arts Center — Buffalo Theatre Ensemble presents Sleuth by Anthony Shaffer, directed by Bryan Burke. This Tony Award-winning play features Andrew, a wealthy, middle-aged mystery writer, who wraps young upstart Milo into a spider web of a murder plot. Andrew invites Milo onto his estate for the weekend, and since this young man has been having an affair with his wife, the games then begin The action that develops is a fluctuation between humor and terror.
