9 to 11:30 a.m.
Your business is under pressure to grow, but do your leaders have the right skills, tools and support to make it happen? Discover how College of DuPage and Development Dimensions International (DDI) offer solutions to improve the performance of your leaders.
Today's leaders face increasing demands with fewer resources. Even your best performers might be struggling. Bringing in the numbers and bringing out the best in people are equally important to achieving results. Are your leadership development efforts building the necessary skills in both areas? At this Breakfast Briefing you will:
• See research that shows the vital need for leadership development in business today, whether your organization is big or small.
• Learn what leadership skills are in demand, especially for new-to mid-level
leaders to achieve business results.
• Explore specific tools and courses to diagnose and develop your emerging
leaders, team leaders, first line supervisors and middle managers.
• See strategies and results from other successful organizations.
This briefing is ideal for anyone who makes decisions on, sponsors, or delivers leadership development to improve business performance. Service, manufacturing, health care, government and non-profit organizations are all encouraged to attend. All attendees receive a copy of the booklet Leaders in Transition: Stepping Up, Not Off.
