College of DuPage Summer Repertory Theater will hold general auditions for the improvisational show “Wonderland Runs Amok or The Day Before Alice Went Down the Rabbit Hole” and a scripted version of “Alice in Wonderland” at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 30, and at noon Saturday, May 3, in the McAninch Arts Center Studio Theatre.
No experience is necessary. Auditions for both shows will include improvisation, as well as cold readings from the scripted version. Monologues are optional.
Connie Canaday Howard will direct “Wonderland Runs Amok,” which runs June 20 through July 13. Amelia Barrett will direct “Alice in Wonderland,” which runs June 27 through July 13. Both shows will run in rotating repertory.
Actors cast in either production are required to register for college credit hours. The director of each production will determine the number of credit hours assigned to each role.
