Kathy Mattea
Sunday, May 9, 2010, 7 p.m.

The beloved, Grammy-winning singer of such classics as “18 Wheels and a Dozen Roses,” “Where’ve You Been,” and many other hits pays tribute to her mining roots in her latest release Coal. With unabashed power and emotion, Mattea bares her soul and shares new songs from her family’s life experience coming out of the West Virginia coal mines. The evening features new songs and old favorites from an artist that USA Today calls “one of Nashville’s most spiritual singers.”
