Nine famous arias, including:
Puccini, Nessun Dorma; Lara, Granada; Leoncavallo, Mattinata di Capua, O Sole Mio; Plus, Respighi, Pines of Rome
Luciano Pavarotti, one of the most celebrated tenors of our time, drew a record of curtain calls and acclaim by music lovers the world over. In this most special tribute, our three tenors sing nine of the most famous and beloved arias that catapulted Pavarotti into operatic greatness.
This Italian concert concludes with Ottorino Respighi’s symphonic poem, Pini di Roma (Pines of Rome) transporting us through Rome into the gardens at the Villa Borghese, the catacombs, the temple of the Roman god, Janus, and the pines at dawn on the Appian Way.
