• Opportunity for specialized advisors to meet with:
- Ethnic underrepresented students
- Under prepared pre-college level reading students
- Advanced ESL students
- General students
• To assist with transitioning to college-level coursework, course selection and planning, and transfer to four-year colleges.
• Maintain continuous relationship with students to assist in reaching goals and to provide follow-up advising.
• Referral to C.O.D. services and outside agencies
• Provide mentoring to guide students through life skills, challenges and concerns.
