Some people experience anxiety at situations in their life, while
others experience anxiety on a regular basis. Students often experience
anxiety as they study for exams, prepare to give a speech in front
of their class, or multi-task with work and other responsibilities
outside of school. This workshop discusses the nature of anxiety and
the impact it has on the mind and body. It will also include a discussion
of ways to better manage anxiety. Toward the end of the workshop, the
facilitators will lead the group in a breathing and relaxation exercise.
