	Margery Walters Margery Walters hails from Charleston, SC, and received her first master’s degree in education from Furman University. After several job transitions, she focused on the area of counseling. She received another master’s degree from West Texas A&M University in professional and school counseling. Being a part of the C.O.D. faculty for many years, Margery enjoys helping students feel comfortable with their first experience in college, retuning to college or moving into their chosen career. She has worked closely with the adult fast track program, the part-time counselors (as part of their team and as coordinator), and students in distress. One of Margery’s passions is international travel with her family to assist in orphanages or projects in remote villages. [back to alphabetical list of counselors]
