Meet the Counseling Faculty

Lisa Catania is a former C.O.D. student who clearly remembers the struggles of career and educational decisions. She is excited to be back at C.O.D. in a counseling position. She wants her students to feel motivated and confident to face the many challenges that the educational journey brings. Along this journey, Lisa is an advocate to help her students feel respected, inspired, and encouraged to find success in all that they do!

She received her B.A. in English and secondary education from Elmhurst College and her M.A. in school counseling from Northeastern Illinois University. Lisa’s past job experiences include truancy, GED, and high school counseling.

She is honored to have such a wonderful opportunity to work with the many talented and diligent students at College of DuPage!
