Returning
Student Registration for Credit Classes
1. Review courses you've already taken and read printed information
such as the Catalog,
Class Schedule and Program
Guides. These materials are available at both on- and off-campus
locations, online or call the Admissions office, (630) 942-2482 or (630)
942-2380, to have them mailed to you.
2.
Check online for your progress toward your degree or certificate.
Visit
Records.
3.
Take the appropriate pre-course
tests. No special preparation is necessary.
4. Consult with an adviser for
help in planning classes:
Contact a faculty
adviser who teaches in your area of interest, or
Stop by the Advising
Assistance Center, Student Resource Center (SRC), Room 2044
to see a general
adviser, or
Call Counseling and Advising Services at (630) 942-2259 for telephone
assistance.
5. If
you are undecided or are considering several possible fields, consult
with a counselor.
6. Register for your classes at your
appointment time (or later).
If you were enrolled in classes the previous term, a registration
date and time will be mailed to you. Your time will be based on the
number of credit hours that you have accumulated. See the Calendar for
the beginning of the registration period.
If you are a returning student, but were not enrolled at College
of DuPage in the previous term, call for
your date/time. You may register at your date/time or later.
7. Pay your
tuition and fees by your due date.
8. Pick up your schedule/statement at the Cashier's Office, or one
will be mailed to you.
