You will receive written notification of the decision within 2 weeks from the office of the Director of Admissions, Registration and Records.

Admission/Recording Fee
The $10 admission/recording fee will not be refunded.

Students withdrawing from credit classes that have lab/material fees will receive 100% of the lab/material fees for the first 8 calendar days of the 10-week session. Lab/material fees will not be refunded after the first 8 calendar days of the 10-week session.

Credit and Noncredit Class Concurrent Registration
If a student who is registered for both credit and non-credit classes wishes to withdraw from one class, the refund policy used will be the one appropriate for the class from which the student is withdrawing.

Appeals regarding refunds should be made in writing to the office of the director of Admissions, Registration and Records. You will be notified in writing within two to three weeks of the decision whether or not to grant your refund request. To request an appeal in writing, please fill out this form. Payment Due Dates
You are responsible for paying tuition for all classes in which you have registered.
