system, you must call from a touch-tone phone. You must be an admitted
or returning student with a PIN (personal identification number). You
may obtain your PIN by calling Touchtone Registration at (630) 942-3555,
press 3 for ALL PIN options. If you are a New student,
you have been assigned a random PIN, (personal identification number).
If you need to know your PIN, call 630-942-3555, press “3”
during regular business hours. If you are a Returning student and your
PIN is 0000, press “3” to select a new PIN. If you know
your PIN, you may change it by calling (630) 942-3555, press “3”.
Available Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

To use Touch-tone Registration, you must:
a. have a touch-tone phone.
b. be a returning student or a new student that has received a registration
appointment.
c. know your Social Security number and your PIN number.
Helpful Hints
•Have alternative courses ready to add since some classes may be
closed.
•
Press each telephone button firmly and slowly.
•
Always use the numeral "0" and not the letter "o."
To Start the Process
• Determine the code number for the specific class(es) you want
to add or drop from your schedule. Have a pencil and paper ready. The
system may give you information you want to write down.
•
Dial (630) 942-3555. If the line is busy, please try again.
•
You will be asked to enter your Social Security number or assigned identification
number.
•
You will be asked to enter your Personal Identification Number. This
is the four-digit number (PIN) that is printed on your registration
appointment letter, or press 3 for all PIN options from the main menu.
•
You will be asked to enter the term to be processed: 1 for Fall, 2 for
Winter, 3 for Spring, 4 for Summer.
After
your master record is verified, you will be asked which function to
perform.
• Register for a class*
• Hear your class schedule
• Drop a class**
• Check class availability
• Hear your account balance and pay by credit card***
• Update your Personal Identification Number
• Hear previous term grades
* This function is not allowed through telephone self-registration
after the first class meeting.
** This function is not allowed eight days after Mid-term.
*** Only American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover are accepted.
You will need to enter your credit card number and expiration date.
Your entire outstanding balance will be charged to your credit card
account. If your credit card is declined, there will be a $20 charge.
