An official transcript of a student’s academic record at College of DuPage is available only through the Records office upon written request of the student. All restrictive holds on a student’s record must be cleared before a transcript is released. Rush transcript requests are ONLY available if ordering online.

Click on the TranscriptsPlus logo in the right-hand column and follow the order form for fast, easy and secure ordering. Ordering one transcript online is a total of $4 (rush ordering is $15). You will need a valid major credit card to order transcripts online.You may send a written request to the Records office. Your request must include your Social Security number, the name under which the transcript is listed, name and mailing address of where the transcript is to be sent, student signature, and the $10 fee. Your transcript will not be mailed unless payment is included.
