2. APPLY!
Submit an Admission Form online, by mail, or in person.
3. TAKE
any required placement tests in reading (comprehension), writing
(sentence structure and grammar) and math. These tests must be
completed prior to registering for classes.
4. SEEK
New Student Advising to help you choose your first term classes.
5. VERIFY
prerequisites
Have your official transcripts from previous colleges and/or high
schools attended sent to the C.O.D. Records office and complete
the Student Request for Transcript Evaluation form.
6. REGISTER
for your classes
You’ll receive a letter about two weeks prior to the new
student registration period indicating the earliest date and time
you’ll be eligible to register for classes. This earliest
date and time is based on when we received your Admission Form.
7. PAY
for your classes
Make sure you pay for your classes by the payment deadline to
avoid being dropped from your classes for non-payment. Check out
the FACTS payment
plan or plan ahead and look into Financial
Aid.
8. ATTEND
or VIEW ONLINE a New Student Orientation session.
9. BUY
your books
You may purchase your books in person or online.
10. FIND
your classes or a C.O.D. office.
