Your Right to Know

 

 

Welcome to the College of DuPage Web Admission Form.

Before you submit the Admission Form, here’s some important information:

NOTE: If you have previously ever submitted an application or Admission Form, attempted to take or taken a credit or non-credit class, DO NOT submit this online Admission Form. If you are not sure and would like information about when you can register, please call (630) 942-2482.

1. All new students registering for either credit or non-credit classes are required to submit an Admission Form.

2. There is a 2-3 business day turnaround time for processing Admission Forms.

3. No Admission recording fee is required at the time you submit your web Admission Form. The $10 fee will be added to your tuition the first time you register for a credit class.

4. Please note the New Student Registration dates for the following terms:

Spring Term, 2008: Nov. 13, 2007, to
Jan. 13, 2008
Summer Term, 2008: April 17 to May 26, 2008
Fall Term, 2008: July 7 to Aug. 18, 2008

5. Please provide an e-mail address so we can let you know your Admission Form has been received.

6. If you submit the Admissions form before New Student Registration begins, you will receive Admissions Acceptance information in the mail within one week from the time you submit your Admission Form. If you submit the Admission form during New Student Registration, you will receive a new student folder of information indicating the earlist date and time you are eligible to register for classes. This mailing will have information about your PIN (Personal Identification Number). It is important that you KNOW and REMEMBER your PIN number so that you may register online and perform other important student record functions. You may also use your PIN to register and perform important student record functions by touch-tone
at (630) 942-2377.

7. College of DuPage District 502 consists of communities from most of DuPage and parts of Will and Cook counties, all listed below. College of DuPage is a tax-boundaried institution and tuition fees are determined based on a student’s permanent residence. Go to the Residency page to see if you are located within the tax boundaries of College of DuPage.
