The
function of Community Affairs is to provide programs, classes and services
to students, community residents, local businesses, community organizations,
area K-12 schools and in-state baccalaureate institutions, as well as
to C.O.D. faculty and staff. The unit has a strong commitment to enhancing
and improving support systems by increasing opportunities for the college
community to access programs and services throughout District 502, improving
job skills in the workplace, building partnerships in the community
and strengthening the economy of the district.
