Office Technology Information

CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
The Office Technology Information program at College of DuPage prepares students for today's office. Beginning courses are designed for students entering the office curriculum for the first time and for students preparing to return to the work force.

Graduates of this program enjoy diverse career opportunities. The administrative assistant field is one of the fastest growing careers in the area.

Six certificate programs are offered: Executive Assistant, Office Technology Information Essentials, Word Specialist, Administrative Assistant, Medical Office, and Administrative Assistant and Meeting/Event Planning. In addition, students may earn an Associate in Applied Science degree with options in Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant and Meeting/Event Planning. All students receive hands-on training on current software and equipment.

Office Technology Information certificate graduates are prepared for administrative assistant or general office positions. Courses in all of these certificate programs apply toward an Associate in Applied Science degree.
