Citizenship
Free citizenship
courses for adults prepare individuals to take the test for
U.S. citizenship. The course is based on the "The 100 Questions" and
includes three citizenship learning modules: Procedures and History,
Government, and Constitutions and Customs. The modules cover an overview
of American history: concepts of federal state and local government
and explanations of U.S. customs, institutions, citizenship rights and
responsibilities. The course also provides an excellent review of American
history, government and the constitution for students enrolled in the
General Educational Development (GED) program. The Citizenship course
is offered at serveral locations, including on campus in Glen Ellyn.
