Running Your Degree Audit Online
We are launching a new Degree Audit system. You’ll be able to run a Degree Audit based on your chosen academic program or any of the degree and certificate programs offered at College of DuPage. Degree Audit will soon be available through your secure myACCESS account. Don’t have a myACCESS account? Get started now! It’s all at myaccess.cod.edu.

Creating Your myACCESS Account
If you were admitted to C.O.D. prior to summer 2009:
• Go to myaccess.cod.edu web site
• Click “I’m New to myACCESS” on the right side of the home page.
• Click OK then enter your last name and your SSN or your 7-digit C.O.D. ID then click SUBMIT.
o If you receive the message “you do not have an e-mail address on file,” please call Admissions at (630) 942-2380 and give them your personal e-mail address.
• If you receive the message “Welcome to myACCESS Account Setup” you MUST click OK to have your myACCESS ID set up by the next business day.
• Return the next business day and follow the directions for newly admitted students (directly below).
If you were newly admitted to C.O.D. for summer 2009 or later:
• After you have received a welcome e-mail or letter from C.O.D., go to the myaccess.cod.edu web site.
• Click “I’m New to myACCESS” on the right side of the home page.
• Click OK. Enter your last name and your SSN or your 7-digit C.O.D. ID, then click SUBMIT.
• Your myACCESS ID will display on the next page (remember this ID). Select the drop down box and choose the e-mail address where we can send your temporary password. Click SUBMIT.
• Retrieve your temporary password from your selected e-mail account.
• Return to myaccess.cod.edu and click LOG IN.
• Enter your myACCESS ID and password. Upon your first login, you will be alerted that your password has expired and you must change your password. Pick a password that you will remember and type it in. (Your password must be 6 to 9 characters with at least one number.)
