Quilting 101
Learn the fundamentals of sewing a beautiful and functional quilt from start to finish. You will be introduced to sewing machine fundamentals related to quilting and all the skills needed, from measuring and cutting to assembling and finishing your quilt. Explore Eastern philosophies of yin and yang, the Tao, the five elements and more. Learn basic qigong exercises and meditations that begin the practices that lead to health and longevity. Basic Home Repair
